Valentine’s Day Cannoli Dip
Ingredients:
15 ounces fresh ricotta cheese, drained
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
¼ cup pink sprinkles
¼ cup red sprinkles
¼ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Big Apple, for dipping
Directions:
In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, combine ricotta and mascarpone until light and fluffy. Mix in confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract and salt until smooth. Fold in 2 tablespoons each red and pink sprinkles and chocolate chips. Transfer to ramekin for serving and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
To serve, sprinkle with remaining sprinkles and chocolate chips. Serve with pretzel bites for dipping.
