German Cheese Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces Camembert Cheese, sliced, rind on

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 

¼ cup white onion, finely chopped

1 ½ tablespoons wheat beer

1 teaspoon smoked paprika, plus more for garnish 

½ teaspoon caraway seeds, plus more for garnish 

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, using a fork, mash the Camembert cheese into chunks. Using a hand held electric mixer, mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish with additional paprika and caraway seeds.
